In this CPD course, Elaine Standish (secretary of the Notaries Society of England and Wales) and Iain Ostrowski-Rogers (director of the Notarial Professional Course in Ireland) will demonstrate the practical challenges of preparing notarial acts for use in Spain. Elaine will cover private-client instructions and Iain will look at some business-client scenarios.
